Google Apps for Education

Google Apps for Education (GAFE) is a transformative educational tool that will change the way you and your students learn and work.  The twin functions of sharing and collaborating are what make Google Apps for Education so unique from most other educational tools.  Every app in GAFE allows for total collaboration and one button sharing, so that students and staff can work together easily no matter where they are.  Since 2007 I have been using Google docs with my students and Google has only improved throughout the years.   Click on the links below to get started!

Each of these links will bring you to a Google Doc that has a table of contents for easy searching of the how-to document you need.

Student Accounts

  • For 2017 & 2018 & 2019 students: GAFE account information is their First Class Username@lexingtonma.org and their password is the same as their Aspen password.
  • For 2016 students: GAFE account information is their First Class Username@lexingtonma.org and their password is the same as their First Class password.
  • FYI - Students may have changed their passwords, so they will need to put in a tech request to reset their password, if they forget it.
It is important for users of GAFE to know how to type in their login information. Users need to add @lexingtonma.org to their user name. The accounts won't work unless this is typed in.
